Service Delivery Policy

    • Service Commencement: Services will begin within 2 business days following the confirmation of your purchase and receipt of access credentials to your WordPress site.

    • Reporting: Customers will receive monthly reports detailing the maintenance work completed, including updates, backups, and site performance improvements.

Refund Policy

    • Eligibility: Refunds are available within 10 days of the initial purchase for new customers who have not used any maintenance services.

    • Process: To request a refund, please reach out to our support team at billing@customwp.io with your order details and reason for the request.

    • Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services, such as emergency fixes or custom development work already performed, are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

    • Subscription Services: For customers subscribed to our monthly maintenance plans, cancellations can be made at any time but must be submitted 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

    • Project-Based Services: Cancellations of project-based services must be communicated within 2 hours of project initiation for a full refund. Projects cancelled beyond this timeframe may incur a partial charge based on the work already completed.

    • Modifying Your Plan: Customers looking to upgrade, downgrade, or modify their maintenance plan can do so by contacting our support team. Adjustments will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Payments and Fees

CustomWP LLC may save User’s credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies CustomWP LLC otherwise through an email to billing@customwp.io

By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. CustomWP LLC may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at CustomWP LLC’s sole discretion. CustomWP LLC will not be liable to User or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in the U.S. Dollars. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Website and Services.
